Sheer will  Sheer will amazes me. The drive that overtakes us. That little something that will not let anything come in the way of accomplishing a goal. You read and hear about people whose will has helped them to overcome enormous odds. I admire people who can do that. I’ve led a pretty cushy life, truth be told. But, pursuing this lifetime dream of producing and recording a cd of my original music has truly put my will to the test. Every once in a while I find myself wavering. Some days the task seems overwhelming. It tempts one to throw in the towel and say; oh that’s good enough. I’ve had many of those moments. Most brought on by the cost of this project . But it’s those times I MUST steel myself to envision the final product and the realization of the dream. I’m edging ever closer to the goal, and today I’m feeling I can conquer the world. All I need do is remember this reservoir of inner strength for a weaker time. Here’s to hoping you know your goals and never give in to apathy. I know I won’t! Hello Michael...Great wisdom and advice you give above. It's nothing short of a small miracle these days to complete or achieve one's goals, what with all the distractions about us. They paint such a lovely picture, when in all actuallity it sucks the life and vision out of us. If we will simply hold fast to that which is true...and pure as you see yourself doing, great and wonderous things will come of it!
