American Idol songwriting entry!

Hello everyone. It's been a long time since I posted. I'll be back at it more often. I've been locked in my studio recording my cd for a June 2007 release on my birthday!

Wish me luck. Meanwhile...

"Believe" is a song I wrote specifically for the American Idol songwriting contest.

I had a pretty good idea of content and subject matter. Fortunately for me, Life Is Good, so it was easy to come up with a positive song. I wrote it on Monday recorded it on Tuesday and sent it in, just before the deadline.

Hey Mom!

Thanks for taking the time to listen. I'm sorry to say "Believe" didn't make it into the final TOP 20 on American Idol. That means no easy million for me. I guess I won't quit the day job! I was one of over 38,000 entries. That's a .00005% chance! How could I not? :)
